Das Haus ist von Hügeln umgeben und ist ideal für diejenigen, die einen erholsamen Urlaub wünschen. Die Wohnungen sind klein und einfach, aber es ist alles da. Nur die kleine Küchengeräte ist sehr einfach, nur Besteck, aber keine zusätzlichen "s (z. B. keine Schäler, Schöpfkelle, Schüsseln, etc.) Besitzer spricht nur italienisch, nicht Englisch ist. Sehr schöner Garten mit vielen Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme. Tische und Stühle draußen sind verteilt über Garten sicherlich mit anderen Bewohnern zustimmen, sie zu nutzen. Pool Wasser ziemlich kalt ist.

Fantastische Villa in sehr ruhiger Lage. Für Verpflegung ist gesorgt Wohnung. Schöne Basis zu schließen Rom, Orvieto und Spoleto. Richtig und freundliche Besitzer.
