This wonderful private countryside house, disposes of an 11.5m x 6m and a depth ranging that goes from 0.80m to 1.70m salt swimming pool, surrounded by a grass area, ideal to sunbathe and relax at one of the hammocks, and an external shower. Beside the swimming pool, there is a fantastic porch with a kitchen with an electric pan and a gas stove, where you can prepare delicious meals. The house is fenced and there are not direct neighbours.
The big and spacious Mediterranean style house is divided in two floors.
At the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living room with a satellite TV and a dining room with a big table for 10 guests. There is an equipped gas kitchen, and another table where you can enjoy some appetisers.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a way out, and another one with two single beds, plus two bathrooms with bath or shower, and a toilet as well.
At the first floor, there is another living room, and three bedrooms.
One of them disposes of a double bed, and the rest two single beds each, one with a way out to a big terrace. All of them dispose of wardrobes. Also you will find two more bathrooms, one with a shower and the other one with a hot tub. if you travel with babies, we will provide you two cots and two high chairs under request. There are also 4 fans and a washing room with a washing machine, an iron and an iron board.
Pets are not welcome.
Events celebrations are not allowed.
There is an external parking for 5 cars.
Note: This property's rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
The house is located only 6km to Campos, a very well known area due to the wide touristic, gastronomic and cultural range, where you will find a lot of restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Near by, Colonia de Sant Jordi village, is ideal to have a nice fresh seafood or fish dinner while enjoying a good Majorcan wine. If you like trips, you cant miss visiting the protected Cabrera island, where there is only local fauna and flora.
Dont forget to visit the wide idyllic Es Trenc beach or Cala Pi.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment info
The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
Tourist supplement: € 2.20 per person per night (not included) from 1 April until October 31.
