Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy:
An unpleasant topic, but I must mention:
Trip cancellation requires written notification.
It is free of charge up to 3 months before arrival (day of booking), except for the reservation deposit.
In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, the renter has to pay a cancellation fee of 85% of the agreed rental price.
In case of non-arrival without cancellation we charge 100% of the agreed rental price.
Please consider trip cancellation insurance.

The local bus, the little woods with children's playground and the shopping street are easily reached by car or on foot, restaurants, Edeka with fresh rolls 10 minutes on foot.
West coast park, BG Rehabilitation and North Frisia Clinic are in the immediate vicinity. Tram line, Aldi, Lidl, pharmacy, drink shop, Räucherscheune (smoked fish and meat shop) all nearby.

Motorway exit Heide West, toward Büsum, Wesseburen, St. Peter-Ording,

Wir haben uns in diesem hochwertigen Domizil super wohl gefühlt. Sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten für Mensch und Tier ein Träumchen und die Gastgeber einfach nur SUPER .
Einfach nur zu empfehlen.

Waren das 2. Mal zu Gast - zum 1. Mal mit unserer kleinen Tochter (11 Monate) und waren äußerst zufrieden mit der Wohnung - besonders aber mit den Gastgebern, die alles perfekt vorbereitet haben und immer hilfreich und liebevoll zur Stelle waren. Die Wohnung ist mit verspielten Details eingerichtet, sauber und sehr ordentlich, eine Bushaltestelle fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Es ist ruhig und der Garten einladend, wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal dort zu Gast. Vielen, vielen Dank nochmals an Familie Nissen.

herzlichen Dank für eure schönen Worte, über die wir uns sehr gefreut haben!!
Das Kinderbett für Selina haben wir sehr gerne auch für den nächsten Aufenthalt an der Küste bereitgestellt, damit sich die kleine "Maus" wohl fühlt und gut schläft.
So eine liebe kleine Familie begrüßen wir immer wieder gerne.
