This pretty, typical Majorcan house has a private chlorine pool, with dimensions of 8m x 4m and a depth ranging between 0.9 m and 1.8 m. Around the pool there are 5 loungers where you can relax and sunbathe. The house has several fruit trees bearing oranges, plums, apples, persimmons and prickly pears depending on the season. You can spend great evenings on a fully furnished porch, overlooking the pool, accompanied by the tranquillity of the area. On the 1st floor you will find another terrace. The house is independent and has complete privacy.
This villa of 228 m², distributed over 2 floors, has 3 bedrooms, all of them located on the first floor and equipped with two single beds and air conditioning each. If travelling with a baby we will provide a crib and a high chair. There are 2 bathrooms with bathtub, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. On the first floor you will also find a lounge, a good place to read a good book or watch satellite TV.
The independent kitchen with gas stove is fully equipped. Here you will find everything you may need to cook delicious meals during your stay. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. The lounge on the ground floor has two armchairs and is equipped with air conditioning, perfect for relax and rest. This house has a dining room for 6 people.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.

The villa and its surroundings, breathe tranquillity and are ideal for a relaxing stay surrounded by nature. It is an ideal place to take long walks, both on foot or by bicycle, by dry fields and roads in the area. The property is located just 850m from Sant Llorenc des Cardassar, where you can find everything you might need during your stay. Just 16 km away you will find magnificent beaches like Sa coma, s' Illot, Cala Millor, Cala Bona, etc.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
