Cancellation policy
If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Surrounded by fields, this lovely cottage is just perfect for those seeking relax, far away from mass tourism. A 20 minutes' drive takes you to Cala Pi, a nice bay which nestles between two rocks. There are many nice beaches spread along the coast; Es Trenc, Sa Rapita and Ses Covetes. In Campos and Llucmajor you will find all necessary amenities for your stay, supermarkets, restaurants and much more. In Llucmajor you can visit the Talayot de Capocorb, remains of a prehistoric village. The lighthouse Cap Blanc keeps watching the Mediterranean since 1863 and is a nice place to visit.

Uns hat es in der Finca eigentlich gut gefallen, allerdings kam es nach 1 Woche zu einem Ameisenbefall in einem Zimmer, was fortan nicht mehr bewohnbar war. Außerdem kam es immer wieder zu Stromausfällen. Das alles hat unseren Urlaub sehr beeinträchtigt! Es war also eher ein Alptraum und keine Traumferienwohnung.
Dazu kam, dass Homerti uns für diese ganzen Beeinträchtigungen unverständlicherweise keine Entschädigung zahlte und sonst nicht kooperativ war.
Der einzige Lichtblick war der nette Hausverwalter, der vor Ort versuchte das Schlimmste zu verhindern.

Was die Stromausfälle betrifft, so haben wir erst nach Ihrer Abreise von Ihnen gehört. Es tut uns sehr leid, und wir empfehlen unseren Kunden immer, uns zu kontaktieren, sobald ein unvorhergesehenes Ereignis im Haus eintritt, um eine sofortige Lösung zu finden, da wir eine 24-Stunden-Notrufnummer haben.
