It is a one-storey finca distributed in 4 bedrooms: two have double beds and two are with single beds. The bedrooms do not have air conditioning but the fans are available in each room. The house has two bathrooms: one has a bathtub and one has a shower.
This finca is characterized by its spaciousness and comfort. The living room invites you to sit on the couch and relax reading a book, surfing the internet (Wi-Fi) or watching satellite TV.
The kitchen has its own dining area and is equipped with toaster, coffee machine, electric oven, dishwasher, stove, cutlery and fridge. Obviously there are washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is an open parking space for 5 cars in front of the finca.
There are a mobile barbecue and garden furniture on the terrace for you to enjoy meals in the open air. The chlorinated pool of 50 m² in size and 1.15-1.85 m deep is perfect for your relax on hot summer days. After cooling off in the pool you can sunbathe on 8 hammocks while your children can play in the large garden on 120 m² of lawn. From the terrace you can enjoy views of the countryside and mountains.
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

If you like beach in 15 minutes by car you will reach the sandy beach Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort, ideal places for a spending a day with a family. The promenade of Ca'n Picafort is always lively and has a great variety of bars and shops.
If you seek peace, we recommend you to go to Playa de Muro. This protected area is famous for its dunes and crystal clear waters. Alcudia and Pollensa with their numerous coves are also worth being visited. In Sa Pobla, the nearest town of 8 km away, you will find several supermarkets, restaurants, bars and a health centre.
