The 257 m² finca is all ground floor.
The cosy living- and dining room counts with 2 sofas, a satellite TV, a fireplace and a large window from which to enjoy the spectacular views. There is a dining table with chairs. The independent kitchen works with gas and counts with all necessaary utensils to prepare a wonderful family dinner during your stay. You will also find a washing machine and an iron and ironing board.
There are 3 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub, and 2 with two individual beds each. On request, there is a baby bed and a high chair available. There is a guest toilet and another bathroom, for general use, with shower and bath tub.
The fabulous outdoor area counts with a 5mx10m chlorine pool (steeps up slowly from 0,80-2m), 6 sun beds, 2 well furnished porches, a barbeque and spectacular views.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 20 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
Pets are not allowed.

The whole finca and its' surroundings breath peace and tranquility. It is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday in nature surroundings. The house is situated at only 2km from s'Horta, where you will find basic products for your holiday. Within 15 minutes by car, you reach the beautiful sandy beaches of the Natural Parc Mondragó, or the long, famous beach of Es Trenc, in 20 minutes.
The well-known turistic village of Cala d'Or is only 6km away. It offers a wide range of activities, shops and restaurants. The golf course of Vall d'Or is only 4,5km away.
2 weeks prior to arrival you will receive your itinerary that will lead you from the airport to your holiday home.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment info
The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
Tourist supplement: € 2.20 per person per night (not included) from 1 April until October 31.
