Villa Stokovci is a new holiday home ideal for family fun. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and TV, two of them additional single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room if you need the extra space.
A big entertainment area in the basement is equipped with a pool table, electronic darts, table football, fitness equipment and a ping pong table. There is a nice sized stone decked pool and an outdoor jacuzzi. And you will enjoy evenings next to the stone built barbecue and covered outdoor dining area.

The small picturesque village Stokovci is nearest to the famous old medieval town-monument Svetvincenat. It will impress you with a pleasant hospitality of its inhabitants and all kinds of delicacies as genuine Istrian cuisine, world-known wines, extra-virgin olive oils and a lot more.
Well preserved Roman architecture, untouched nature, historical and cultural legacy... all is reachable in about 5-30min of a scenic drive. We definitely recommend a visit to Brijuni Islands National Park.

In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
