Cancellation policy
The guest can withdraw from the booking by submitting a written declaration to the landlord until the start of the rental period agreed in the booking confirmation. The time of receipt of the written declaration of withdrawal by the landlord is decisive.
In the event that the tenant withdraws from the contract or has not made the rental payments due, the following cancellation fees must be paid in proportion to the rental price, provided that another rental cannot take place:
-up to 41 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price
-up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price
-otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price.
In the event of an early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the rental price.
It is recommended that the tenant take out travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
The "Ocean Wave" adventure pool offers superlative water fun. The large sauna area is perfect for relaxation. With its beach, children's playhouse, yacht and fishing harbor, numerous museums, and the Lower Saxon Wadden Sea National Park, there's plenty to discover in the North Sea resort of Norden-Norddeich. The seal breeding and research station cares for orphaned seal pups.
Getting there
Take the A31 to Emden-Mitte, then turn right onto the B210 to Georgsheil, and then left onto the B72 towards Norden-Norddeich. In Norddeich, coming from the north, take the first right after the Netto supermarket (Hattermannsweg) and then turn left onto Molenstraße.
Number 27 is the third house on the left. Your parking space is number 6.
If arriving by train, get off at the Norddeich-Mole station.

Die Ferienunterkunft ist toll ausgestattet. Überall nette Deko und Bilder.Für Kinder gibt es jede Menge Spiele. Sogar eine Wikelkommode.Es war sauber und weil wir kurzfristig gebucht hatten ,konnten wir problemlos am Anreisetag sofort ins Haus rei n.Vor 15 Uhr. Ein Dankeschön an den netten Herrn Bottmer.Wir kommen hier gerne wieder.

Wir waren über die Ostertage in dem Ferienhaus und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten, das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber, die Möbel sind modern. Es ist alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
