Cancellation policy

The guest can withdraw from the booking by submitting a written declaration to the landlord until the start of the rental period agreed in the booking confirmation. The time of receipt of the written declaration of withdrawal by the landlord is decisive. In the event that the tenant withdraws from the contract or has not made the rental payments due, the following cancellation fees must be paid in proportion to the rental price, provided that another rental cannot take place: -up to 41 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price -up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price -up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price -otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price. In the event of an early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the rental price. It is recommended that the tenant take out travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination

The "Ocean Wave" adventure pool offers superlative water fun. The large sauna area is perfect for relaxation. With its beach, children's playhouse, yacht and fishing harbor, numerous museums, and the Lower Saxon Wadden Sea National Park, there's plenty to discover in the North Sea resort of Norden-Norddeich. The seal breeding and research station cares for orphaned seal pups.

Getting there

Take the A31 to Emden-Mitte, then turn right onto the B210 to Georgsheil, and then left onto the B72 towards Norden-Norddeich. In Norddeich, coming from the north, take the first right after the Netto supermarket (Hattermannsweg) and then turn left onto Molenstraße. Number 27 is the third house on the left. Your parking space is number 6. If arriving by train, get off at the Norddeich-Mole station.

Wir kommen jz schon Jahre lang hier her und können uns nicht Beschweren. Immer Super nett und eine Super Wohnung wo alles drin ist was man braucht. Alles ist nicht weit weg, alles gut zu Fuß und mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Immer wieder gerne.

Verbringen grade unser Test Wochenende hier ob es für den Sommerurlaub passen würde. Ein klares Ja! Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Küche super ausgestattet. Waschmaschine was mir wichtig ist. Alles ist super sauber. Betten sind 1a. Schöne ruhige Seitenstraße aber zu Fuß ist alles gut zu erreichen ob der Bahnhof (10min) Netto (10min) Strand (15min) Es sind sogar Kinderbücher und Hörspiel CDs inkl. Anlage vorhanden. Wir würden definitiv hier unseren langen Sommerurlaub verbringen.
