With a living space of 165 square meters, villa Bella can accommodate up to eight people and has three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a living room and a kitchen with an adjoining dining area. Two of the comfortable bedrooms are on the first floor, while the third is on the ground floor. The bright and stylishly furnished living room and the modern kitchen with dining area are also on the ground floor. From the living room and the kitchen you have direct access to the beautiful, covered terrace, where a charcoal grill is at your disposal. A real eye-catcher is the 40 square meter private pool with hydromassage. The well-tended garden is completely enclosed, which gives your children, pets and cars additional security.

The house is situated on the hiltop above the Rasa Chanel 500 meters from two nerby villages. There are a dozen of nice beaches within 10 km and all the Istrian sites are just a short drive away.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
