The villa is located in peaceful outskirts of the old town of Pican, 25 minutes car drive from the tourist hotspot Rabac, well known for its beautiful beaches.
Villa Pican offers peace and privacy away from the tourist crowds and yet well known Istrian destinations are easy to reach. The beautiful Istrian nature and landscape of crystal clear sea, small historic towns, vineyards and olive groves can be also discovered by cycling.
During your stay in Istria do not miss to visit the small towns in Central Istria and enjoy the local Istrian and Mediterranean specialities in one of the restaurants which can be found 5 km away from the villa.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
