The vacation rental
Situated in a national park, the small country cottage was completely renovated in 1999. The flats are very bright with private entrances. Casa Fortuna is surrounded by a 26 ha private property with breathtaking view on Arcevia, rolling hills and the Apennine Mountains. 5 ha of a romantic park with old trees, lotus pond and solar-heated pool (13 x 27 m) are relaxing aspects, besides sunny lawns and shady places under old olive-, walnut- and persimmon trees. The villa presents an ideal headquarter for sightseeing tours, long walks and biking along country roads with breathtaking panoramic views. |

The historic town of Arcevia, "Jewel of the mountains" is within walking distance (1, 3 km). This area of the province Marche, Italy's green heart", is the most beautiful - picturesque castles with treasure troves of antic art, green hills, vineyards, miles of sandy beaches and beautiful protected caves with crystal clear water. The foothills of the Apennine Mountains with their untouched nature are rich with wildlife, and abundant with fruits, mushrooms and truffles.
