The magnificent former residence of a Cardinal is the most beautiful home of Arcevia and the wide surroundings. The view is overwhelming, the old Mediterranean park is spacious and the beautifully situated pool with a water area of over 350 sqm, is the largest private pool in the province. With visual contact to the sea, the former owner has created a small paradise on earth.
The property is extremely quiet situated in the Natural Park of Gola della Rossa and is surrounded by 26 acres of private grounds with breathtaking views of Arcevia, the gently rolling landscape, the Adriatic and the Apennines mountains.

The grand property includes two buildings that have been completely renovated in 1999 and have no visual contact.

Location and surroundings

The historic town of Arcevia, "Jewel of the mountains" is within walking distance (1, 3 km). This area of the province Marche, Italy's green heart", is the most beautiful - picturesque castles with treasure troves of antic art, green hills, vineyards, miles of sandy beaches and beautiful protected caves with crystal clear water. The foothills of the Apennine Mountains with their untouched nature are rich with wildlife, and abundant with fruits, mushrooms and truffles. This fascinating region enjoys a mild climate, pure air and each season has it's own beauty. It’s a fulfilled dream for people wanting to relax, for sun seekers, patrons of the art, for hikers and mountain bikers.

   Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub, es war alles perfekt, wir fühlten uns so wohl, dass der Abschied uns sehr schwer viel! Unsere Ferienwohnung "B" war sehr großzügig, vor allem das Bad war in der Größe super. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, der ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Noch ein Vorteil, die Besitzerin ist Deutsch und kann hilfreiche Ratschläge in allen Richtungen geben.
   
   Nochmals großen Dank an Frau Knauer für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt in ihrem Paradies

   Kleines Ferienhaus mit FEWO, liegt auf einem traumhaften Grundstück und es sind nur wenige Schritte an den Pool. Die Lage ist mitten in der Natur! Hier konnten wir die Stille genießen. Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat uns viele Ausflugs- und Einkaufstipps gegeben. FEWO mit schönem Bad sowie einer großen Terrasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In Hinblick auf die Sauberkeit der Wohnung gab es keine Beanstandungen, alles war perfekt und einladend. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr gern wieder.

   Wir haben schon zum zweiten Mal gebucht. Wir haben hier voriges Jahr 10 wunderschöne Tage verbracht und wir wollten unbedingt diesen Sommer wieder nach Casa Fortuna fahren..Deswegen haben wir schon im Januar gebucht. Das Gelände ist sehr sauber und wirklich fabelhaft, das Schwimmbad ist herrlich GROSS und die Gastgeberin Ute ist sehr sympathisch. Auch unser Hund hat sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt, vor allem im Schatten unter den Bäumen und bei den Spaziergängen, die direkt vor dem Haus anfangen. Was uns auch so gefreut hat ist die Tatsache dass man eigentlich alles für sich selbst hat, man fühlt sich wie ein Millionär. Aussicht ist wunderschön, diese zwei Häuser stehen so weit auseinander, man hat wirklich das Gefühl hier ist PARADIES!

   Das Ferienhäuschen mit der Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und uneinsehbar in einem weitläufigen Park mit einem sensationell großen Pool. Vor der Wohnung befindet sich eine großzügige Terrasse, auf der man sich ganz ungestört sonnen kann. Auch dort zu frühstücken oder abendzuessen ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung mit Küche ist hell und gut ausgestattet, das Bad mit Badewanne recht groß. Die Kleinstadt Arcevia mit zwei Bars, Restaurants, Ambulanz, Geschäften und Supermarkt ist nur ca. 1 km entfernt. Wir (Paar) sind schon zum fünften Mal in unserem kleinen Paradies und fühlen uns einfach super wohl. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich vorbildlich um den Besitz, auf dem noch ein wunderschönes Herrenhaus steht. Wir können das Feriendomizil uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
