Casa Fortuna is surrounded by a 26 ha private property with breathtaking view on Arcevia, rolling hills and the Apennine Mountains. 5 ha of a romantic park with old trees, lotus pond and solar-heated pool (13 x 27 m) are relaxing aspects, besides sunny lawns and shady places under old olive-, walnut- and persimmon trees. The villa presents an ideal headquarter for sightseeing tours, long walks and biking along country roads with breathtaking panoramic views. |
