Our beautiful holiday home has three bedrooms and a separate children’s room, and a spacious living-dining area with a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen adjoins the dining area. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom and a guest toilet. On the upper floor, you will find three bedrooms (two with south-facing balconies) as well as a large bathroom with bathtub, shower, and toilet. The basement area was recently completely renovated, and there is an infra-red sauna, a relaxation area, a bathroom, and a washing machine.

There is also lots of peace and quiet for everyone seeking relaxation. Just a short walk away is a wonderful modern thermal spa with a sauna area and various pools and baths.

Berchtesgadener Land offers a lot of variety for an unforgetable holiday. The surrounding mountains with beautiful hiking trails invite you to explore the breathtaking nature at a slower pace. There are many lakes for sunbathing and splashing around as well as an attractive range of sports. There’s a lot on offer from mountain biking to paragliding to various winter sports. There is a lot of history to discover in nearby Salzburg and Berchtesgaden.
By car, take the A8 from Munich in the direction of Salzburg (A); at the Bad Reichenhall exit (last exit before the state border), leave the motorway in the direction of Berchtesgaden. You bypass Bad Reichenhall and soon reach Bayerisch Gmain (also referred to as the Beverly Hills of Bad Reichenhall. From here, it’s just a stone’s throw to the accommodation.
You can easily reach us by train via the Freilassing stop, which is located just before Salzburg. There, you change to the feeder to Berchtesgaden, and get off at Bayerisch Gmain. We can arrange a pick-up from the train station to your accommodation.
