This unique luxury villa offers a completely renovated interior with 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a fitness room with indoor bike, hamam and sauna, and an outdoor heated pool. Cannes city centre is just a 10-minute walk away.
The new designer villa is located just a 10-minute walk from the lively city centre of Cannes and consists of a main house with 5 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The stylish interior has been renovated to an exceptionally high standard and is air-conditioned throughout.
The ground floor of the main house offers a large open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room with picture windows and a sitting room with elegant velvet sofas, fireplace and a grand piano. The master bedroom and another smaller bedroom are also located on this floor. The lower floor houses another living/playroom and 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Overlooking the pool terrace is an independent studio, with its own entrance with a sofa bed and shower, ideal for teenagers or domestic staff. Guests have access to a private gym with indoor bike, hammam and sauna.
Outside on the private terrace you will find a heated pool surrounded by sun loungers, as well as a shaded dining table and other comfortable seating areas.
