The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need and leaves little to be desired thanks to an induction cooker, oven, dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. Lovers of fragrant drinks have a French press and a capsule machine at their disposal.
A comfortable dining area is perfect for breakfast together. The adjacent window catches not only the first rays of sunshine but also a spectacular view of the Olympic ski jump.
From the living room you have access to two spacious balconies with balcony furniture and lounge corner. Here you can breathe fresh air and enjoy the magnificent mountain panorama from the first to the last hour of sunshine.
Under the sloping roof is a cosy bedroom with double bed and spacious wardrobe. A large skylight lets you sleep under the stars with a clear sky.
Another room is equipped with a comfortable couch that can be pulled out to 160 cm and converted into sleeping accommodation for another adult or two children. Here you will also find a large desk with a monitor to which a laptop can easily be connected. An ideal retreat if you need to work undisturbed in your home office.
A modern bathroom with a large washbasin, matching mirror and a ground-level shower rounds off the flat's facilities.
All flat windows are equipped with electric shutters and can be completely darkened. Even in the colder seasons, underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth throughout the flat.
If you bring bicycles with you, they can be stored in the storage room in the underground garage as well as in the lockable bicycle shed next to the house. Your car is also taken care of, as there is a parking space reserved for the flat in the underground garage, which is easily accessible by lift.

§10 Withdrawal/cancellation
The Cancellation of the rental agreement must be made in writing. The day we get the Cancellation is the day that will be used for taxation of the costs. For travel cancellation we charge the following costs:
Up to 90 days before the start of the journey 20% of the rent, up to 89 days before 80 %, and 42 days before 100 %. The cancellation fee refers purely to the rental price! Extra costs like the cleaning fee, Wi-Fi, garage, etcetera will be reimbursed a 100 %.
If it is possible to rent the apartment to someone else for the canceled period, only the expense allowance will be charged.
The lessor reserves the right to charge 100 % of the rental price in case of a no-show! If the tenant can't arrive, it is his right to name other Visitors. Please give us a notice early enough that is coming to the apartment instead of you, if this happens. The decision to accept the new guests is up to us.
If the apartment will be left earlier than originally booked, the tenant has to pay the full amount for the stay nevertheless. The lessor won't refund the costs of the overnights that have not been taken! The burden of proof, that the lessor has saved expenses during the subletting, is up to the Guest.
