Das Anwesen war rustikal und günstig gelegen in der Nähe der Stadt/des Dorfes mit Annehmlichkeiten wie Supermärkten und Bars/Restaurants. Es war gut ausgestattet mit einer Küche, Waschmaschine, Ventilatoren, Sonnenliegen usw. Die Lage war ruhig und wir genossen die Anwesenheit von herumstreunenden Hühnern.
