If a client wishes to cancel their booking, they should immediately notify Homerti by both calling and writing. If a guest cancels a booking, the agency will apply the following cancellation fees:

Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of the rental fee.
If the client decides to leave the property after checking in and before the rental period has ended, no refund of the rental fee will be provided.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Finca Ca Na Flores. Sie liegt im ländlichen Raum ohne direkte Nachbarn. Wir waren zu zweit im Haus, das für uns überproportioniert war.
Da es im März noch recht kalt war, wäre es sehr toll gewesen den Kamin zu benutzen, ich habe aber Verständnis, dass dies nicht möglich war.
Für uns war die Lage in der Inselmitte perfekt um Mallorca zu erkunden.
Das einzige was uns wirklich gestört hat waren Kameras in der Küche und im Wohnzimmer. Hier hätte ich mich über Infos gefreut ob diese in der Reisezeit ausgeschaltet werden. So haben wir uns leider permanent beobachtet gefühlt, was die urlaubliche Entspannung ein bisschen hemmt.
