Cancellation policy
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant
enters into the contract under the same conditions as compensation, taking into account the savings

If you cancel up to 60 days before the start of occupancy, 0% of the rental price
From the 59th day to the 30th day before the start of occupancy 50% of the rental price
From the 29th day to the start of occupancy and in the event of non-arrival without a declaration of cancellation, 90% of the rental price.
In contrast to the regular cancellation, in the event of a Covid-19 travel warning for France, a quarantine requirement when returning to Germany or a Covid curfew in France or Germany, at the time of the trip in accordance with this contract, the tenant can cancel the booking free of charge. This also applies to short-term cancellations if circumstances change at short notice. In this case, the landlord will transfer 100% of the deposit back to the tenant within 2 weeks of the cancellation date.
(2) The tenant can provide proof of lesser damage at any time.
(3) If the tenant ends the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price.
(4) Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is decisive.
