Cancellation policy
§ 4 Cancellation and Early Termination
If the tenant cancels the contract before the rental period begins, without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, and if re-renting is not possible, the deposit will be retained and the following pro-rata rents shall be paid as compensation:
Cancellation:
- up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
- up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 55% of the rental price
- up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
- from 29 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
- in case of no-show without cancellation: 100% of the rental price
The landlord will attempt to re-rent the property.
The tenant can at any time prove that the landlord's loss is less.
If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The decisive factor is the date on which the landlord receives the notice.
In the event of cancellation before the start of the rental period, a processing fee of 100 € is due in any case, which will be offset against the deposit if applicable.
It is strongly recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.
