Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Uns hat es super gefallen. Wir waren mit 2 Familien für 13 Tage in dem Haus. Es war toll, durch die Aufteilung in Erdgeschoss mit 3 Schlafzimmern, Küche, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und 2 Badezimmern und Obergeschoss mit ebenfalls 3 Schlafzimmern, Küche, Wohnzimmer und 2 Bädern. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt die Ausstattung der Küche mit Geschirr und Gläsern ist auch für 8 Personen ausreichend. Die Sitz- und Liege-möglichkeiten auf den Terrassen und im Garten sind gut, der Pool im Garten wurde mehrmals in der Woche vom Gärtner gereinigt und hat uns und den Kindern viel Spaß bereitet. Der Kontakt zu Vermieter Ethan war von Anfang an sehr angenehm und auch die Betreuung vor Ort war super. Wir kommen gern wieder!
