Cancellation policy
Cancellations made up to 120 days prior to arrival: The entirety of your deposit will be refunded, minus the cancellation fee.
Cancellations up to 90 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total rental price, however at least € 500.
Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total rental price, with a minimum charge of €1,000.
Cancellations made within the last 60 days prior to arrival or no-shows: 100% of the total rental price.
The cancellation fee is 20% of the total rental price.

Holiday destination
Mar d'es Teix is about an hour's drive from Palma and the airport. The attractive beaches on the east coast are all within easy reach. Porto Christo and Portocolom are easy to get to and boast a good selection of restaurants and water sports.

Wir waren mit unsern Kindern und Enkelkindern in der Finca. Es waren für alle wunderbare und unvergessliche Tage. Der große Pool hat uns viel Spaß bereitet. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Outdoorküche ist super cool und wurde mehrfach von uns genutzt. Wir können die Finca bestens weiterempfehlen.
