Cancellation policy
You are entitled to cancel your trip at any time before it begins. The amount of the cancellation fees depends on when we receive your notice of cancellation. The following cancellation fees apply:
- Free cancellation up to 28 days before arrival
- 50% cancellation fee from 27 to 15 days before arrival
- The full rental amount = 100% for cancellations made later or if the contracted services are not used.
Despite these standardized cancellation fees, you retain the right to prove that the damage incurred was less. If you provide a suitable replacement tenant or if we can re-rent the property under the same conditions, the cancellation costs will be waived for the period of the re-rental. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
The rental property may only be occupied by the number of persons registered. Additional persons may be refused or charged separately.

Cala Llombards is a coastal town located near the charming small town of Santanyi. It boasts one of the most beautiful natural beach coves on the island, just 2 minutes away from the house. The dreamy cove of S`Almonia is also just a 5-minute drive away. Between Cala Llombards and Cala D´Or you will find the most and the best swimming coves in the southeast of the island, perfect for beach lovers, families, nature enthusiasts, and water sports aficionados. The town has a small supermarket that is open daily during the season (including Sundays). In addition, there is a nice bar for small snacks and a restaurant with tapas specialties, barbecue, and 'a la carte' dining.

Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Wir haben oft selbst gekocht und es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Schön war das es zusätzlich zur Nespresso Maschine noch eine Filterkaffemaschine gab.
Über die großen Handtücher für die Liegestühle habenn wir uns auch gefreut.
Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist wunderschön.
Obwohl wir uns sehr verspäteten, hat uns Frau Klee freundlich empfangen und gut eingewiesen.
Frau Klee hat auf anfragen innerhalb von 5 Minuten geantwortet.
Vielen Dank auch nochmal, dass es möglich war am Abreisetag 2Std. länger bleiben zu können
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, der Supermarkt ist auch fußläufig erreichbar, der Strand ist über eine Treppe auch gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit super Lage und die Bucht war auch für die Kids genau das Richtige, es gibt Klippen zum Reinspringen. Der Pool war sauber und eine gute Abkühlung für zwischendurch.
