If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:

Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

The house is located within the town of sa Pobla. Here we invite you to visit the town square in the centre and the great bars and restaurants of traditional cuisine and tapas. The street market takes place on Sunday morning and here you can buy fruits and vegetables and other local products. The train station and bus stop are also nearby, about 1 km away. The nearest beach is the one of Playa de Muro, about 11 km away, although this is a spectacular beach of white sand and crystal-clear water skirting several kilometres along the coast, a natural wonder! And if you like playing golf, the course of Pollensa is about the same distance away.

Schon am Tag der Anreise waren wir und unser befreundetes Ehepaar vom Haus und der Pool Anlage sehr begeistert. Das Haus ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Alle Haushaltsgeräte waren vorhanden. Zur Begrüßung befanden sich im Kühlschrank einige Leckereien für sie und ihn. Ein großer Obstteller und ein frischer Blumenstrauß standen auf dem Tisch. Am ersten Morgen funktionierte die Kaffeemaschine nicht, sie wurde nach einer kurzen Nachricht innerhalb einer halben
Stunde durch eine neue ersetzt! Service wird hier groß geschrieben! Nach unseren Ausflügen haben wir dann den Tag im erfrischenden Pool ausklingen lassen. Im Ort selber befinden sich einige schöne kleine Restaurants. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten reichlich vorhanden. Alles sehr empfehlenswert! Gruß Frank,Diana,Jens und Heidi

Das Ferienhaus Can Serra war sehr sauber und der Ort Sa Pobla hat uns auch gut gefallen.
Viele schöne Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Auch Bäcker und Supermarkt sind schnell
zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Einwohner von Sa Pobla sind sehr nett und freundlich.
Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet.
In dem Pool konnten wir uns nach unseren Wanderungen super erfrischen.
Die Familie Serra hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert; als der Kühlschrank streikte wurde
super schnell reagiert und sofort ein neues Gerät besorgt.
Bei unserer Ankunft standen diverse Getränke und ein Obstkorb für uns bereit.
Auch typisch süßes Gebäck aus Mallorca wurde uns gebracht.
Für uns ein wirklich schöner Urlaub.
