Cancellation policy
The cancellation must be in writing. If the lessee withdraws from the contract or does not occupy the leased property, a reasonable compensation for the loss of rent shall be paid in the event that the leased property could not be otherwise occupied or the rental income generated is lower. The replacement for the rental loss is: Up to 45 days before the rental period, a processing fee of 10% of the rental price, but at least € 49.00 must be paid.

If the rental property can be re-rented, the tenant will in any case be charged the processing fee of 10% of the rental price, but at least EUR 49.00.

Getting there
Located directly on the sea, Dorum-Neufeld is best reached by car via the A27 motorway. Take the exit Neuenwalde and follow the signs about six kilometers to Dorum, arrived in the village, follow the signs to Dorum-Neufeld, which you will also reach after about six kilometers.
If you arrive by train, please get off at Dorum, from there take a taxi or use the bus connection to Dorum-Neufeld.
