Unexpected events can always occur. However, it's regrettable for everyone if Villa Sommermelodie remains vacant when other holidaymakers would have gladly stayed. If you are unable to commence your booked stay, the following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellation/Termination
- up to 49 days before the rental start: 20% of the rental price
- up to 35 days before the rental start: 40% of the rental price
- up to 21 days before the rental start: 60% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before the rental start: 90% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 14 days before the rental start) 100% of the rental price.
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

Das Ferienhaus hat uns gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war super sauber und alles was man brauchte war vorhanden.
Dass das Gebläse im Bad oben immer lief hat uns am Anfang etwas gestört.
