Unexpected events can always occur. However, it's regrettable for everyone if Villa Sommermelodie remains vacant when other holidaymakers would have gladly stayed. If you are unable to commence your booked stay, the following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellation/Termination
- up to 49 days before the rental start: 20% of the rental price
- up to 35 days before the rental start: 40% of the rental price
- up to 21 days before the rental start: 60% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before the rental start: 90% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 14 days before the rental start) 100% of the rental price.
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

Wir sind mittlerweile zum 15. Mal in Julianadorp und die Umgebung ist für eine Familie mit drei Kindern einfach optimal. Strand, Fahrradfahren, Schwimmbad, Spielplätze und vieles mehr.
Dieses Ferienhaus ist mit Abstand das schönste, das wir in all den Jahren gebucht haben. Es ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Dazu kommen eine Waschmaschine, sehr gute Betten und Matratzen und natürlich die Sauna.
Uns hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt und es blieben keine Wünsche offen.
Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin erfolgte ohne Probleme, freundlich und schnell.
Vielen Dank, dass wir Ihre Gäste sein durften. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden uns sehr freuen, wenn wir noch einmal in diesem schönen Haus wohnen dürfen.

Das Ferienhaus hat uns gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war super sauber und alles was man brauchte war vorhanden.
Dass das Gebläse im Bad oben immer lief hat uns am Anfang etwas gestört.
