If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

The sea, the beach and a great atmosphere are waiting for our guests in the town of Can Picafort. The fine sandy beach is several km long. In the area of Capellans you can taste a paella in the beach, listen to live music at any of the beach bars and spread your towel directly on the sand. If you enjoy walking, you can take a long walk along the sea shore up to Puerto de Alcudia (although this is a long one!). In Can Picafort there are restaurants of all kinds, cafes, shops and supermarkets. In a few words, all you need for an independent stay. The street market takes place every Friday and there you can acquire local and fresh fruits and vegetables, fashion and accessories, among many other things.
