What would the fantastic Strandkoje Julianadorp holiday home be if it didn't have similarly fantastic surroundings?! The long, broad sandy beach, the proximity to the island of Texel and to Alkmaar with its cheese market, and the amenities in the park (indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, golf courses...) all make Julianadorp and the Ooghduyne resort a worthwhile holiday destination year-round.
The "Ooghduyne" resort features a restaurant with a café, a snack bar and a wide range of sports facilities.
2 tennis courts, kids' playgrounds (both indoor and out), 9-hole golf course, family golf course, mini golf and an adventure swimming pool that was only built as recently as 2016.
Julianadorp aan Zee lies nestled among the wide tulip fields and agricultural areas that range along Nordholland's 30 km-long chain of dunes, approx. 5 km from the harbour town of Den Helder.
Shopping centres, beautiful restaurants, cafés, doctors and a pharmacy are all not far away. The Ooghduyne Golf & Beach Resort is a very well-kept resort surrounded by tulip fields in a peaceful location with views of the dunes.
Getting there
Via Amsterdam, then A9 towards Haarlem, continue towards Alkmaar, then via the N9 towards den Helder (approx. 35km) to Julianadorp. At Resort Ooghduyne, the house numbers are signposted.

Wir waren 2 Wochen mit unserem Hund Leo Dackel/ Parson in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Einfach Tür aufmachen und es fühlt sich an, wie nach Hause kommen. Eine super ausgestattete Küche ,es gab nichts was fehlte und die Betten waren der Hammer. Kannten wir schon aus der Oase und haben wir jetzt auch zu Hause. Unser Leo hat den Garten für sich entdeckt er ist aus dem Ausland und würde jederzeit weglaufen. Für mich war das Wetter super, was ich mir wünschen würde, noch einen kleinen Sonnenschirm für die Liege. Aber das ist meckern auf ganz hohem Niveau.
Ich kann mich nur bei Fam Niedermayer für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung bedanken.

Hallo liebe Familie Mersmann, vielen Dank für Ihre erneutes positives Feedback :-) Die Betten werden immer häufiger gelobt, da scheinen wir ja alles richtig gemacht zu haben. Eigentlich sollte die Liege einen "eingebauten" Schirm für den Kopfbereich haben, vielleicht ist dieser ja abhanden gekommen.

Wir haben in diesem sehr schönen Haus unseren Urlaub zwei Wochen lang sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und hat eine sehr komfortable Ausstattung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Boxspringbetten sind 1a, unser Hund hat sich über den umzäunten Garten sehr gefreut. Der Kontakt mit Familie Niedermayer und auch mit dem Verwalter vor Ort war super, alles in allem ein toller Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :-)
