What would a fantastic house be without similarly fantastic surroundings?! The long, broad sandy beach, the proximity to the island of Texel and to Alkmaar with its cheese market, and the amenities in the park (indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, golf courses...) all make Julianadorp and the Ooghduyne resort a worth-while holiday destination year-round.
The "Ooghduyne" resort features a restaurant with a café, a snack bar and a wide range of sports facilities.
2 tennis courts, kids' playgrounds (both indoor and out), a 9-hole golf course, a family golf course, mini golf, and an adventure swimming pool that was built as recently as 2016.
Julianadorp aan Zee lies nestled among expansive tulip fields and agricultural areas along Nordholland's 30 km-long chain of dunes, approx. 5 km from the harbour town of Den Helder.
Shopping centres, beautiful restaurants, cafés, doctors and a pharmacy are all not far away. The Ooghduyne Golf & Beach Resort is a very well-kept resort that's surrounded by tulip fields in a peaceful location with views of the dunes.
Getting there
Via Amsterdam, then A9 towards Haarlem, continue towards Alkmaar, then via the N9 towards den Helder (approx. 35km) to Julianadorp. At Resort Ooghduyne, the house numbers are signposted.

Wir habe hier einen tollen Urlaub mit unseren beiden Boston Terriern erlebt.
Im Haus haben wir eine helle, freundliche und liebevolle Einrichtung vorgefunden. Hervorzuheben sind die sehr guten Bette. In der Küche fehl es an nichts, was nicht immer so ist.
Unsere beiden Hunde haben sich in dem kleinen, eingezäunten Garten wohl gefühlt.
Hier jedoch ein Kritikpunkt zu Mietern vor uns.
Ich habe eine ganze Tüte voll Hundekot aufgelesen, teilweise schon älter.
Liebe Hundebesitzer, lasst doch bitte die Hinterlassenschaften eurer Lieblinge nicht im Garten liegen. Eure Nachmieter und die Vermieter werden es euch danken. Wenn wir Hundbesitzer so nachlässig damit umgehen würde es mich nicht wundern wenn irgendwann die Vermieter nicht mehr an Hundebesitzer vermieten. Dann haben wir uns das selber zerstört.

Hallo liebe Familie Lotz, vielen Dank für Ihre ausführlich und gute Bewertung. Das mit den Betten haben wir schon häufig gehört, einige Gäste haben sich diese bereits auch für Zu Hause gekauft :-). Und sorry für die im Garten vorhandenen "Tretminen". Unser Putzteam versucht immer, das Haus in einem perfekten Zustand zu übergeben. Verständlicherweise gehört es nicht zu deren Aufgabe, den Garten abzusuchen. Außerdem haben Sie vollkommen Recht, das sollte ja auch die Aufgabe der Mieter sein, die Reste von Ihren Hunden zu entfernen. Das gehört sich einfach, und das nicht nur auf dem Grundstück sondern überall!!
Wir würden uns natürlich über eine weitere Anfrage und/oder Weiterempfehlung sehr freuen. Liebe Grüße

Tolles sauberes Ferienhaus, modern und mit Liebe eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts.
Durch das tolle Wetter, konnten wir fast täglich noch die Terassenmöbel nutzen. Wir und meine Terrier-Damen haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
