Cancellation policy
The renter can withdraw from the rental contract in writing. If the renter withdraws from the rental agreement without naming a new tenant, the following proportionate rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, if another rental is not possible.
20% of the rental price for cancellation up to 49 days prior to start of the rental period; 30% of the rental price for cancellation up to 35 days prior to start of the rental period; 40% of the rental price for cancellation up to 49 days prior to start of the rental period; and otherwise (later then 14 days prior to start of the rental period, 50% of the rental price.

Holiday destination
Between Kiel and Flensburg, the Schlei, a fjord on the Baltic Sea, wends its way over 40 km through the romantic landscape. There are wonderful shore landscapes along the fjords, the villages of the Schlei look romantic and Arnis is famous for being Germany's smallest city. Quiet family holiday and relaxing experiences - in the country by the sea, you can spend your dream holiday. The property and natural surroundings are ideal for a family or active holiday.
Getting there
Motorway A1/A7 towards Hamburg, then continue on the A7 towards Flensburg. First exit 'Rendsurg Büdelsdorf', turn off right after the Kiel Canal (Nord-Ostsee-Kanal ), then continue towards Eckernförde. In Eckernförde, continue towards Kappeln on the B203. Once at the bascule bridge in Kappeln, turn right onto the B199 at the third set of traffic lights towards Flensburg. Then after about 5 kilometres, turn right into Kieholm (tourist information/Aale smokehouse) L277 towards Maasholm. After about 2.5 kilometres, you'll reach Wormshöft and the destination on the left-hand side.

Nach einer desaströsen Schweden- Ferienhauserfahrung spontan, schnell und unkompliziert, von unterwegs aus, gebucht.
Sehr,sehr nette Vermieter! Uns erwartete dann ein niedliches, sauberes Häuschen, fast besser ausgestattet als zuhause
( Thermomix:-)) mit Geräteschuppen, kleinem Ruderboot,Terrasseund ein schönes, gegenüber liegendes Ufergrundstück an der Schlei. Für ein Paar optimal geeignet, auch mit zwei Kindern noch gut machbar .Parkplatz vor der Tür auf eigener Fläche. Unzählige Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung in der Nähe, auch fürs leibliche Wohl ist in erreichbarer Entfernung bestens gesorgt. Innerhalb von 5 km gute Einkaufs- und Tankmöglichkeiten, Fahrrad ist von Vorteil,da die Gegend optimal zum Radeln ist, kann aber auch in Maasholm etc.gemietet werden. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Wir haben uns in der Meerkatze super wohlgefühlt und von dort aus schöne Ausflüge mit dem Rad und dem Bus unternommen. Das kleine Häuschen hatte alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und wir haben oft leckere Gerichte zubereitet. Die Schlei ist direkt vor der Tür und die Ostsee nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Wir würden immer wieder gerne in der Meerkatze Urlaub machen.
