Holiday destination
The beach offers a wide range of activites. Either you do wind kiting or sayling on a catamaran, the beach offers a great view above the dune landscapes. The beaches of Nebel and Norddorf is one of the most beautiful ones of the world where you can relax or do some sunbathing. The historical town centre provides many shopping opportunities, cozy coffee shops, great restaurants or many cultual activites.
Getting there
How you ride to us:
by plane/ship: Fly to Sylt and take a ferry to Wittdün/Amrum from there (Hörnum) which take off twice a day.
by car/ship: Take a WDR-Ferry from Dagebüll -Mole or from Nordstrand. You don't neccessarily need a car in Amrum all you need is a bike or you take the bus or basically you could even walk. You can either take your car with you or park it at the mainland, before boarding to Amrum.
From the port Stucklahnungshörn leaves twice a day the "Adler-Express" from Hallig Hooge to Amrum (without taking the car-possibility)
by train/ship: right next to the port in Dagebüll - Mole is a train-station

Wir durften ein paar Tage in der wunderschönen Steinhäuschen genießen…sehr geschmackvoll gebaut und hochwertig eingerichtet. Absolute Ruhe, mehrere Möglichkeiten einen Kaffee oder ein Glas Wein zu genießen (mit Sonnenuntergang und Blick aufs Meer). Absolut entspannend ist der Whirlpool ganz oben. Das Dorf mit Minimarkt und 3 Tavernen ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Axel ist ein, stets um unser Wohl bemühter, Gastgeber. Wir kommen wieder…

Wir waren eine Woche bei Axel zu Gast. Der Aufenthalt hat unsere Erwartungen definitiv übertroffen. Seine zuvorkommende und großzügige Art haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und stilvoll mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Axel hat über den gesamten Aufenthalt proaktiv mit uns kommuniziert, um uns den Urlaub so entspannt wie möglich zu gestalten. Er hat uns viele nützliche Informationen gegeben. Wenn wir wieder nach Kreta reisen sollten, werden wir wieder versuchen, bei Axel unterzukommen.
