Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is possible up to 21 days before arrival.
After that, the following applies:
10% of the rental price as a cancellation fee up to 14 days before departure
30% of the rental price as a cancellation fee up to 7 days before departure
50% of the rental price as a cancellation fee up to 48 hours before departure
If you provide a replacement tenant, the cancellation fee will be waived. The fee will also be waived if we are able to re-let the apartment for the time.

Holiday destination
The holiday apartment is located on our farmstead by the Flensburg Fjord. The nearest Baltic Sea beach is 5 km away. The many nature reserves and the coastline invite you to go hiking and cycling. The nearest city, Flensburg, is accessible by bus and offers numerous destinations for excursions—including options for children—as does the charming town of Kappeln. Numerous beaches, featuring steep cliffs and natural surroundings, are perfect for playing and swimming. The region also offers excellent opportunities for water sports and fishing.
Getting there
Arrival by car: Take the A7 heading north and exit at Tarp. Follow the L15 to Sörup, then head towards Langballig as far as Lutzhöft; turn right and drive to Grundhof, turn right again before the church, and continue straight towards Dollerup until you reach main road 7. Parking spaces are available in front of the house, as is an EV charging station.
Arrival by train: Take the R7 train to Flensburg. From there, take bus line 800 (towards Kappeln) to Dollerup. The holiday apartments are a 700-meter walk from there. We can pick you up from the bus stop by prior arrangement.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei bis vier Personen (Eltern mit zwei Kindern). Sie ist frisch renoviert und bietet genügend Platz.
Die Einrichtung ist modern und verfügt über alles, was man so benötigt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf einem ehemaligen Bauernhof und bietet gerade für Kinder viel Platz zum Spielen.
Einerseits bietet die Ferienwohnung in Dollerup aufgrund ihrer Lage Ruhe und Entspannung, andererseits ist man schnell, wie in unserem Fall, über die B199 im Fördeklinikum in Flensburg. Aber auch Ostsee, Schleswig und weitere interessante Orte sind gut zu erreichen.
Die Gastgeber Andrea und Hendrik Stoltenberg sind herzlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
