Hohe Tauern National Park is on our doorstep. All kinds of sports are offered. All the sights of the Salzburg region can be found in our immediate vicinity. Visit the new Tauern Spa (thermal baths in Kaprun) and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area, both of which can be reached by car or free ski bus.
Getting there
Motorway: Munich towards Salzburg, exit for Inntaldreieck towards Innsbruck - you do not need a toll sticker - exit for Oberaudorf (BRD), Niederndorf, keep going straight on to Walchsee then straight on to Kössen, straight at the Kössen roundabout, Erpfendorf, turn left at Erpfendorf then continue to Lofer, take the first exit at the Lofer roundabout towards Zell am See, do not drive into the tunnel before Zell am See but right over the hill, then turn left (over the level crossing) to Thumersbach.
