By Car: Take A 8, Munich - Salzburg, exit "Siegsdorf, Inzell, Ruhpolding", take B 306 to Inzell, drive through the town, take a right shortly before the Ice Arena at Sulzbacher Str. after 300 ft. take a left at Fischerfeld and after Haus "Egger" turn left. You will find the house "Panorama 5" on your right.

Seit Eröffnung dieses außergewöhnl. schönen Objektes buchen wir dort regelmäßig mehrere Wochen im Jahr unseren Urlaub, demnächst im April 2018. Daher ist es uns ein persönliches Anliegen, die vorherige Bewertung als Nachmieter der Wohnung im Sept. 17 nicht unkommentiert zu lassen: Die FeWo haben einen phantastischen Blick in die Berge. Die Kiesgrube ist soweit entfernt, daß sie weder optisch noch akustisch eine Belästigung für Ruhe u. Entspannung darstellt. Sauna, Wellnessbereich u. Wohnungen sind stets tipptopp gepflegt. Positiv anzumerken ist auch, daß bei kl. Problemen (WLAN-Ausfall nach Unwetter, Ausfall der Poolbeleuchtg. o.ä.) aufgrund der hervorragenden Betreuung vor Ort noch am selben Tage Abhilfe geschaffen wurde.
DIESES HAUS WIRD DER 5*****-KLASSIFIZIERUNG MEHR ALS GERECHT!

Positiv ist als einziges die Ausstattung und die Größe der Wohnung zu bewerten. Leider wurde nicht erwähnt dass
sich eine Kiesgrube direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Terrasse befindet und der Lärm der Baumaschinen doch beträchtlich ist. Also Adieu schöner Blick und Ruhe!
So wie der Boden der Sauna aussah war dieser schon lange nicht mehr geputzt. Der Saunaeimer war angekogelt und roch auch dementsprechend. Ein Austausch fand nicht satt.
Im Badezimmer erfüllen die Fliesen nicht die Rutschklasse.
Es wir einem allerdings eine unhygienische Rutschmatte zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine Garage stand zwar im Internet dabei-vor Ort war für diese Wohnung aber keine vorhanden. WLAN ist problematisch.
Die Waschmaschine ist permanent mit nasser Wäsche belegt. Hier stimmt Peis-Leistung eindeutig nicht !!!
