Getting there
Travel comfortably by train to Emden Außenhafen and then hop directly onto the AG-Ems ferry to Borkum. There the island train awaits you, which takes you to the train station of Borkum. If you are traveling by car, you can either take the ferry from Emden, or from Eemshaven in the Netherlands. There are parking facilities for leaving your car on the mainland in both ports.
