The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement in writing before the start of the rental period. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Should the tenant withdraw from the rental agreement without providing a replacement tenant, the following amounts must be paid in compensation:

30% of the rental price
- 32 days to 22 days before the start of the rental period:
50% of the rental price
- 21 days to 12 days before the start of the rental period:
75% of the rental price
- 11 days before the start of the rental period:
90% of the rental price

Lieber Herr Schild,
vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt und die tolle Gastfreundlichkeit. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung Norderhus 2 ist mit sehr viel maritimer Liebe eingerichtet und die Küche ist ausreichend gut ausgestattet. Äußert positiv überrascht waren wir von dem Badezimmer. Dusche top, Badewanne perfekt und ausreichend Platz, vor allen Dingen viele Haken für Handtücher zum Aufhängen. Das beste an der Ferienwohnung ist die zentrale Lage in Tönning. Ein wunderbarer Kurzurlaub an der Küste, Meerblick, Durchatmen - Erholung. Einfach Perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
