Cancellation policy
(1) If the guest withdraws from the rental contract, the landlord is authorized to charge damages (cancellation fee) in the following amounts:
Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival 20%, deposit
Cancellation 29 to 20 days before arrival 40% of the total rental price
Cancellation 19 to 8 days before arrival, 75% of the total rental price
from one week before arrival
or no-show, 100% of the total rental price
Calculation of the cancellation fee is based strictly upon receipt of the notification by the landlord or at the booking office (for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the next working day applies).
(2) In the event of early departure, even of individual persons, there is no claim to partial refund.
(3) There is the option for the guest to prove that the landlord suffered lesser damages or no damages at all. There is also the option for the guest to find a replacement guest who will take over the rental contract. This must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. A change of guest (replacement guest) will be approved by the landlord if there are no serious reasons to the contrary. A serious reason would be inability of the replacement guest to pay or endangerment of the rental property by the replacement guest. Additional serious reasons are not ruled out. The replacement guest shall enter the contract on the existing terms. Guest and replacement guest are jointly and severally liable for the rent.
(4) The guest is expressly notified that taking out travel cancellation insurance is advised by the landlord. If there is travel cancellation insurance, the cancellation fees above can be significantly reduced if the conditions for insurance coverage apply up to the allotment of a cost coverage obligation.
(5) The cancellation of the rental contract must occur in writing to the landlord.
(6) The deposit paid by the guest in the amount of 10% of the total rental price will not be refunded by the landlord in any case in the event of cancellation. There is only an exception in the case that travel cancellation insurance covers the guest for the full costs associated with the contract until the end of the contractual rental period.

Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig, gut geschnitten und hervorragend ausgestattet mit Haustechnik, Küchengeräten etc.
Die Einrichtung und Gestaltung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Es gibt z. B. einige farbige Wände, Bilder u. a. Man hält sich gerne in der Wohnung auf und fühlt sich wohl.
Im Wohnzimmer gibt es sogar zahlreiche Bücher für Kinder und Erwachsene sowie einige Spiele.
Die gesamte Wohnung und Einrichtungsgegenstände sind sehr neu, gepflegt und in hervorragendem Zustand. Es ist reichlich Stauraum vorhanden.
Die Straße vor der Wohnung verfügt über ein Kopfsteinpflaster, die Fenster halten den Straßenlärm aber sehr gut ab.
Die Vermieter beglücken die Gäste mit liebevollen Extras wie frischen Blumen, Obst, einigen Süßigkeiten, u. a.
Alles in allem ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen.
