Cancellations, cancellation fees
In cases of cancellation of the reservation by the guest or if they do not take advantage of the services ordered and reserved at Little Suite Apartments, the following fees are charged to the guests by Little Suites Apartments:
Cancellation up to the 14th day before arrival: free cancellation
Cancellations from the 13th day before arrival: 100% of the rental fee
Non-shows without prior cancellation of the booking: 100% of the rental fee
The cancellation fees are also due if the ordered services are only partially cancelled by the guest, whereby the flat fee is based on the part of the service cancelled, or if the guest does not take advantage of the services without express cancellation.

Motorway exit Hellerau towards Dresden Zentrum / take a left at the 2nd light onto Stauffenbergallee to the Waldschlösschen bridge/ shortly before the bridge turn left onto the Bautzner Landstrasse / follow the street 4.5 kilometres to Neubühlauer Strasse, turn left / turn left at the second crossing Am Bauernbusch / cross Nachtflügelweg and drive into the forest / after 200 m you've reached Little Suites! Use the left hand parking space
