Holiday destination
The apartment is located right in the heart of Niendorf’s vibrant life. Only one street separates the flat from the promenade and the beach. The promenade offers a variety of shops, cafés, and restaurants, inviting you to linger and enjoy.
Shopping facilities are just as close by as the endless sandy beach.
Hiking and cycling enthusiasts can explore the scenic trails along the cliffs towards Travemünde, in the direction of Sierksdorf, or through the wooded surroundings of Lake Hemmelsdorf. Here, you’ll also find vast strawberry fields perfect for long walks—a dream for your dog as well.
The yacht and fishing harbour is about 500 metres away and easily accessible along the beach promenade. Freshly caught fish and locally brewed, cold beer await your visit. Events such as the Niendorf Harbour Days, NDR 2 on Tour, or Jazz-Baltic add to the maritime atmosphere.
The newly built pier is about 200 metres away and offers a breathtaking view over Lübeck Bay.
A few steps further, you’ll find the seawater indoor pool and the bird park.
Timmendorfer Strand is about 1 km away and, together with Niendorf on the Baltic Sea, offers a wide range of shopping, leisure, and sports activities, including the Ostsee-Therme or SeaLife.
The districts of Timmendorfer Strand and Niendorf merge seamlessly. Except for a small interruption at the Niendorf harbour, you can cycle along the entire Lübeck Bay promenade all the way to Sierksdorf.
To the left of the Niendorf harbour, there is a large dog beach.
Nearby, you’ll find several golf courses, mini golf in Timmendorfer Strand, dune golf in Scharbeutz, the Hansa Park amusement park in Sierksdorf, and climbing parks in Timmendorfer Strand and Travemünde.
The Süsel water ski facility is also just a few kilometres away.
Holiday guests who prefer peace and quiet should avoid booking in the first or second row in Timmendorf/Niendorf. In the first and second row, you’re right in the middle of the action!
Getting there
There are numerous and fast travel options available.
By train: The direct IC connection from the Rhine and Ruhr regions as well as from Hamburg goes straight to Timmendorfer Strand.
You will receive information and telephone numbers in written form by post.
The apartment is available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Departure must be by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
The spa tax is due in advance, and the spa cards will be issued digitally to the provided email address.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns und unserem Hund gut gefallen.
Über die Straße und zack ist man an der Promenade.
Einziges Manko in der Wohnung waren für uns die Matratzen, die waren für uns etwas hart.
Ist aber unser empfinden.
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung richtig gut ausgestattet.

Hallo Familie Biel
leider ist der Urlaub schon wieder vorbei.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die
Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Einfach alles prima. Unsere Hunde hatten auch
Ihren Spaß. Wetter hat auch mitgespielt.
Nur über die Straße und schon auf der Promenade und am Strand.Wir können
Ihre Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter
