Cancellation policy
If you cancel your booking and we cannot re-rent the apartment for that period, the following is charged for our expenses and the lost revenue:
- cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival: 15% of the total rental price (at least EUR 30)- cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival: 30% of the total rental price (at least EUR 30)- cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental price- for later cancellation or no-show: 80% of the total rental price.
If we can find a substitute renter, the payment of 30% will be refunded minus a fee of EUR 30.

Holiday destination
The village is in a quiet location, away from the holiday areas in the beautiful Hohwacht Bay.
It is 1.5 km as the bird flies to the water, and through the fields it is a lovely walk of about 30 minutes. There you'll find a lovely natural beach.
The nearest supermarkets are about 10 km away in Oldenburg i.H. and in Lütjenburg.
There are many options for dining in the surrounding villages (information available in the apartment).
Getting there
A1 Lübeck-Fehmarn, Oldenburg-Süd exit, then on the B202 toward Keil.
10 km, then turn left to Döhnsdorf. After about 300 metres, the house, no. 30, is on the right side where the road forks.
Or A7 Hamburg-Flensburg, change to the A215 towards Kiel at the Bordesholm interchange.
In Kiel, follow the signs toward Lübeck, B76, then drive toward Fehmarn/Puttgarden, B202. 10 km after Lütjenburg turn right to Döhnsdorf.

Zum wiederholten Male haben wir in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit den zwei tollen Ferienwohnungen unseren Urlaub verbracht. Einfach gemütlich, mit wunderschönem Garten zum Seele baumeln lassen, zum Lesen und ggf. auch (mit einem schönen Gläschen Wein) zum Sternschnuppen beobachten!
In der Umgebung sind drei schöne Strände mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto sehr gut zu erreichen: ein Naturstrand mit wunderschöner Steilküste (Eitz),
ein großer, breiter Strand mit oder ohne Strandkörben und mit flachem Einstieg in the Ostsee, ideal für kleinere Kinder (Sehlendorf), und der Strand im schönen Touristenort Hohwacht.
Von klein auf fahre ich in diese Ecke von Norddeutschland in Urlaub. Diese Unterkunft ist bisher die schönste und gemütlichste von allen.

Ein wundervoller Ort zum Seele-Baumeln-Lassen. Perfekt und gemütlich eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man braucht - einfach schön. 1,5km bis zu einem herrlichen Naturstrand mit weitem Blick aufs Meer. Die Abende im Kerzenschein auf der Terrasse waren ein Highlight. Wir kommen wieder! Versprochen !
