Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the rental period begins, without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following proportional rents (excluding the flat rate) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-renting is not possible:
Cancellation
- up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
- up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 30 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price.
Nevertheless, the landlord will attempt to re-rent the property.

Getting there
1) Take the MA-19 motorway towards Palma
2) At exit 6, take the Ma-30 towards Inca
3) Drive on Ma-15 towards Manacor
4) Just before Manacor, exit the large roundabout towards Porto Cristo
7) Follow the signs to Porto Cristo until the 5th roundabout. Here, head towards "Cuevas del Drach."
8) Follow the road PMV-4015, at the end turn left towards Porto Cristo.
9) After 1.5km, turn right towards "Playa Romantica / s'Estany d'en Mas". Follow the road and continue to the beach.
