Cancellation policy
If a client wishes to cancel their booking, they should immediately notify Homerti by both calling and writing. If a guest cancels a booking, the agency will apply the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 14 days before arrival: 100% of the rental fee.
If the client decides to leave the property after checking in and before the rental period has ended, no refund of the rental fee will be provided.

Holiday destination
The location is perfect, as you can easily reach any other place in the island. However, you will need a car – there is a bus stop 1 km from the house but it doesn’t offer very good service. In town, you will find restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. The closest hospital is in Inca, 4.7 km from the house.
In 20 minutes by car you can reach lovely beaches: Platja de Muro, Can Picafort, Port d’Alcúdia, Platja de Formentor or Port de Pollença.
