Cancellation policy
Upon booking/reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total rental price is required. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the scheduled arrival date (the date of payment receipt by us is decisive) or in cash upon arrival to the owner. If this is not done, we are entitled to cancel your booking and rent the house to someone else. You have the right to cancel at any time before the start of the trip. The amount of the cancellation fees depends on the receipt of your cancellation notice by us. The following cancellation fees apply:
- Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival
- For cancellations from 59 to 46 days before the start of the rental, 20% of the rental sum,
- For cancellations from 45 days to 10 days before the start of the rental, 40% of the rental sum,
- For cancellations from 9 days before the start of the rental, as well as for later declared cancellations and for non-utilization of the contractually agreed services, the entire rental sum (100%).
Notwithstanding these standard cancellation fees, you naturally retain the right to prove that the damage incurred was less. If you provide a suitable replacement tenant or if we can re-rent the property under the same conditions, the cancellation costs will be waived for the period of the re-rental. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Cala S'Almonia is a small coastal location, practically a mini-village, and along with Cala Llombards, it is part of the municipality of Es Llombards. There are only a few private and holiday homes here. It is located about 6 km from the beautiful village of Santanyi. Calo des Moro (S'Almonia and sa comuna coves) are, along with Cala Llombards, one of the most beautiful natural beach coves on the island, with the former just a 3-minute walk from the house. The nearby neighboring village of Cala Llombards offers two small supermarkets, which are open all year round or daily from May to October, as well as a restaurant and a bar for wonderful snacks and a great beach bar!
