If a guest cancels a booking, the agency will apply the following cancellation fees: Cancellation more than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation. Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of the rental fee. If the client decides to leave the property after checking in and before the rental period has ended, no refund of the rental fee will be provided.

You will only have to walk 500 metres to get to the centre of the village, where you can visit its most emblematic building which is the church of Sant Bartomeu, whose beginnings date back to 1236. There is a wide variety of supermarkets, cafés and restaurants, where we recommend you to try a delicacy, the prawns, which are the star dish of the area. By tram or bus you can go to Puerto de Sóller and its wonderful sandy beach. Around it there are many beautiful routes and excursions, the most famous being a trip on the old train to Palma, passing through beautiful landscapes and genuine villages until you reach the capital of Mallorca. The Tramuntana has incredible coves, especially rocky ones such as Cala Deià, Llucalcari or Port des Canonge, and small charming villages such as Fornalutx, Biniaraix or Deià.
