Holiday destination
Niesgrau is a small town on the Geltinger Bay. Within a radius of 4 km you will find everything for everyday life. Kappeln and Flensburg are 20-30 minutes away by car. The North Sea is also about an hour's drive away.
The Schlei, with 40 km the largest Baltic fjord. A beautiful landscape that is worth a visit at any time of the year. Or the Geltinger Birk as the largest nature reserve of the district of Schleswig-Flensburg.
Getting there
By car motorway A7 exit Schleswig/Schuby
Street B 201 (direction Kappeln) to Süderbrarup. Continue towards Norderbrarup until the road ends as
T-cross (Brunsholm). Turn left and take 1st Street Right sight direction
Esgrus/Niesgrau. In Niesgrau, take the first street on the left. The holiday bungalow is on the right side. Turn right into the first driveway and the holiday bungalow is right in front of you.

Der Bungalow Niesgrau ist gut ausgestattet, in der Küche findet man alles um selbst zu kochen.
Die Terrasse ist durch die Einzäunung ideal für Reise mit Hund. Die Stühle am Terrassentisch sind etwas tief, aber zum draußen essen, haben wir einfach die Stühle vom Esstisch mitgenommen.
Im Garten konnte unser Hund unter Aufsicht herum flitzen, das war super.
Ein Carport direkt vor der Tür ist schon Luxus, so kommt man bei Regen trockenen Fusses ins Haus.
Niesgrau ist klein und beschaulich, man kann von dort schöne Spaziergänge starten. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Kappeln, Maasholm, Flensburg....
In Steinbergkirche oder Gelting kann man einkaufen, jeweils ca. 5 km entfernt.
Leider ist der Strand in der Nähe nicht für Hunde erlaubt, der in Nordgaard ist aber gut zu erreichen.

Wir bewohnten die gelbe Villa und sind richtig traurig gewesen, als wir die idyllische Oase für die Heimreise verlassen mussten! Einmal abgesehen von der Herzlichkeit, die uns dort empfangen hat, waren wir sehr privat und es fühlte sich an, als wäre es unser eigenes Heim. Für das Mietauto gab es sogar ein kühles Carport !
Die Unterkunft ist sauber, wir fanden ausreichend Handtücher für Badezimmer und Pool, die Küche ist fein ausgestattet, das einzige was dort fehlt ist ein Kochlöffel und die Erneuerung der zwei Pfannen wären perfekt!
Und schade, dass wir die sympathische Gastgeberin nicht persönlich kennenlernen durften!
Die Taverne im Dorf am winzigen Hafen ist sehr freundlich und man bekommt typische, griechische Speisen! Danke!!!
