Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation, the rental price is calculated as follows:
- for cancellations up to 29 days before the start of the trip: 25% of the total price
- for cancellations from the 28th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the total price
The guest is entitled to free cancellation if the area where the "Meerestochter" apartment building is located has been placed under lockdown or if a ban on tourist rentals has been issued.
Guests are advised to take out travel cancellation insurance for their own protection.

The "Ausguck No1" holiday apartment—furnished with great attention to detail—is located in the idyllic fishing town of Kappeln on the Schlei, within the "Meerestochter" apartment complex built in 2017. Our building is situated right next to the guest marina, which hosts boats from all over the world. The Schlei, with its historic herring fence and harbor promenade, offers a daily spectacle of "harbor life." You will also find numerous restaurants here. The town center, featuring small, unique shops and boutiques, is just a few meters away, and hiking and cycling trails are in the immediate vicinity.
