Cancellation policy

In the event of a tenant-initiated cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable: Between 29 and 14 days before arrival, a 50% charge of the total reservation price will be applied, Between 13 and 1 day before arrival, a 100% charge of the total reservation price will be applied. If the tenant fails to arrive or does not show up, the Agency will retain the entire reservation amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the day of receiving the written cancellation is considered the cancellation day. To cancel, simply shoot us an email at info@solorplus.com. Please note that no refunds will be granted for early departures that occur before the booked departure date.

Dieses Apartment lädt zum Träumen und Entspannen ein! Schicker moderner Stil, alles gut durchdacht und mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Es ist alles in der Wohnung zu finden was man braucht, mit vielen kleinen Extras. Francesco ist ein sehr freundlicher, bemühter Gastgeber und antwortet sehr schnell. Zu 100% weiterzuempfehlen!! Top!!!??

Wunderschönes Apartment. Sehr sauber und sehr schöne Ausstattung. Betten sehr tolle Matratzen. Vermieter legt sehr hohen Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ausstattung. Alles was Mann od Frau braucht für die Erholung. Ein wundervoller Ausblick auf das Meer.
