Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung war sauber. Leider ist alles etwas heruntergekommen. Eine Zimmertür konnte nicht geschlossen werden, weil sich das Holz verzogen hat. Die Benutzung des Ceranfeldes war möglich, allerdings wurden jeweils die gegenüberliegenden Platten heiß. Der Fettfilter des Umluftabzugs ist schon länger nicht gewechselt worden. Die Wohnung hat keinen Staubsauger. Auch ein Handrührgerät wäre nicht schlecht. Die defekte Spülmaschine wurde dankenswerterweise nach sechs Tagen durch ein Neugerät ersetzt, die defekte Waschmaschine nach sechs Tagen repariert. Teller und Besteck waren vorhanden, allerdings nur drei Weingläser. Für kleine Töpfe gab es keinen Deckel. Am Ende war auch die Klospülung defekt. Die Tür zum Fahrradschuppen war ebenfalls defekt von Anfang an. Alles in allem ärgerlich für 167€ am Tag.
