Cancellation policy
No cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your booking up to 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Advance payments will be refunded within 7 business days.
For later cancellations (< less than 4 weeks), 80% of the booking price (excluding cleaning and laundry package fees) apply unless we can re-let the accommodation for the same time period. If we are able to re-let the accommodation, an expense allowance/flat rate of €80.00 for processing the cancellation and new letting will be charged if necessary.

Upon receipt of the booking confirmation/invoice, 30% of the rental price are payable via transfer. The total amount is due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Additional information:
The booking of the laundry package (€20.00/person) is mandatory due to organisational reasons and might have to be added to the listed total rent amount and mentioned accordingly in the official booking confirmation/invoice.
1 laundry package contains: Bed linen, towel (2x), bath towel, bath mat, dish towel.
In addition to the rental price, spa tax is due upon arrival: 01/05/ - 31/10: €3.30 per adult/day, otherwise (€1.65/adult day, departure day: no tax; needs to be paid upon arrival.

The Klangwald Sylt HOUSE (EST. 2017)) is located near the old Westerland Police Department (the former district court). An advantageous location, central but quiet in the 2nd row in Alt-Westerland.
The train station is a 4-5-minute walk away, the pedestrian zone/Friedrichstr. with various shopping facilities and restaurants/cafes about 7 minutes, and the beach & spa promenade about 12 minutes. The public swimming pool "Sylter Welle", the Syltness Center (wellness) and the casino are also nearby.

Host informationWe are a family of three who lives in the Klangwald Sylt HOUSE (EST. 2017) throughout the year and if requested, we're happy to give holiday tips and chat with the guests. Our daughter goes to school in Westerland. We have 5 silkies (chickens but no rooster). This means one can actually sleep in. :)

Eine liebevoll eingerichtete und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung und die herzliche Vermieter-Familie haben dazu beigetragen, dass ich einen tollen Urlaub im hohen Norden hatte. Vielen Dank dafür!
Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und werde in jedem Fall wieder kommen.

Eine mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtete Fewo zum Wohlfühlen, in der man sich auch auch bei schlechtem Wetter sehr gut aufhalten kann, ruhig gelegen, nur ein paar Minuten zum Strand. Dazu der herzliche Empfang durch die Gastgeber, die alles dafür tun, dass man sich zuhause fühlt. Es war eine sehr erholsame Woche, und ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.
